The area of improvements may start with a) establishment of some sort of medical centre or health facilities to treat workers either centrally or on site basis. b) To help establish education facilities for the adults as well as children of these workers. c) To help us train management and workers of our factories by way of on-the-job training at site or in waste recycling facilities in any developed country.

I signed up literally months ago for the curbside recycling program. Have never received a bin. Was told could put it out in a laundry basket. Sits there and the regular trash gets it the next day - and it goes in the landfill. Anyone else have this going on? Any suggestions what to do about it (city has contract with Allied Waste Management, so I don’t have the option of changing companies) would be most welcome.

In other words, I am the recycling plant. Through the process of which the original paper is recycled and turned into new, recycled paper, what kind of waste is produced from the process of doing so?
